Nature is not a backdrop to our lives, and animals are not beneath us. Waves of Oneness creates space to meet both as kin: gatherings on the land, time in the company of animals, and teachings that return us to the wider web of life.

Nature
Nature keeps a slower rhythm than we do, and it is a rhythm the body still remembers. Seasonal gatherings, walking practice and quiet hours on the land are offered as ways to step back into that pace.
This is not an escape from ordinary life. It is a way of returning to it more fully, with the senses open and the nervous system settled.
Animals
Adopting a cow, who now lives at a sanctuary, changed the shape of this work. Animals stopped being a subject and became teachers and companions.
Waves of Oneness seeks to be a voice for those who are so often unheard, through listening and advocacy rather than speaking on their behalf. Energy healing is offered for animals as well as for people.
